Accommodation
In the event the accommodation booked or requested is not available,
every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation
of similar standard. (in case of the above hotel is not available,
a similar one will be replaced).
Special request
If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements,
adjoining room and so on, please inform the company when booking.
Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.
Tour Reservation
The booking should be made 15 days prior to tour departure.
Please address all bookings to our head office in Luangprabang for
attention of tour Operation Department by either E-mail, Fax or

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
The full payment should be made; to Naga Express Travel Co., Ltd.
not later than 20 days prior to the clients' arrival and through
telegraphic transfer in accordance with bank details and a copy
of the transfer remittance should be faxed to Naga Express Travel
Co., Ltd of the above fax number.
Note: Sender covers the 20USD/transfer for
bank commission fee in Cambodia and international bank transmission
charges.

Deposit on Tour
The 50% of deposit or full payment of total tour fare per person
is required upon booking. Failure to comply with this may result
in an automatic cancellation of reservation and a forfeiture of
deposit.

15-20 days prior to departure - 15 %
08-14 days prior to departure - 50 %
03-07 days prior to departure - 75 %
2 days or less prior to departure - 100%
Cancellation charges per person
Amendment
For each amendment made after a booking has been confirmed, an amendment
fee of US$10 per person will be charged. An amendment fee does not
constitute a transfer to another tour whereby an administration
fee of US$10 per person will be levied in addition to the amendment
fee.
Complaints
Any complaint or claim must be made in writing within 2 weeks after
services have been rendered.
No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint or claim
which is not so made.
Refund
Tour members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent
for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made,
all arrangements are still subject to confirmation. When the arrangement
cannot be confirmed.
The Company will endeavor to notify passenger at least 2 weeks before
departure and a refund to payment of tour fare will be made if the
tour is cancelled. The Company shall not be liable for any further
responsibilities.
The payment made by bank transfer is required
to add 30USD/transaction on top of bill for bank commission fee
in Laos.
Extension of Stay
Extension of stay/deviation may be permitted at the end of tour,
subject to maximum validity and restrictions of air ticket, seat
confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of
tour. It is the passenger's responsibility to hold firm confirmation
for their return flight.
When extension of stay /deviation can not be confirmed three weeks
prior to the group's departure date, passenger is deemed to be taking
the original tour schedule.
In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the
Company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by the
passenger.
Extension of stay/deviation will be at passengers own expenses &
transfer to airport will not be provided.
The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific
airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable
& non-reroutable. Any alternation in routing or dates by passenger
is solely at his/her own risk. The Company and its associated agents
shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra
expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket,
accommodation, meals, or sightseeing in part or full.
Tour Policy and Child Fare Eligibility:
- Below 12 years of age (on the date of departure)
- Child fares are based on sharing a double room with two adults.
- There will be an additional cost for child sharing one room one
adult.
Travel insurance
Please ask your nearby travel agent, or speak to your own insurance
broker for any assistance of travel insurance. We strongly recommend
that you take out a holiday insurance policy.
Travel Document
Passengers must possess a valid passport and are responsible for
obtaining necessary visa prior to departure. Lao visa can be also
obtained upon arrival at international check point. Cost: $35 US
Responsibility
Naga Express travel Co,. Ltd and its associates acts only as and
agent for the transportation companies, hotels & other principals
for the tour programs. They accept no responsibilities for injuries,
damage, accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation,
strike, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by
Immigration Authorities resulting for improper travel documents,
possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused
to person or property. Any losses & expenses are the responsibility
of the passenger. All proper travel documentation are the sole responsibility
for the passenger.
